 What is a contact form in a website?

A contact form is a short web-based form published on a website. Any visitor can fill out the form and submit it to send a message to the site owner. (WPForms, 2021)

So I dedicated a completely different page named customer service where the customer can visit In case they want to contact us.

• I included an address where the customer can visit us, I also included a gmail account where the customer can directly contact us via email after they fill the contact form below incase they have any questions.
• Furthermore, I included the opening hours so the customer knows when our team works to fulfil their requests or questions.

FAQ

I added a FAQ section in case the customer has a common question that can be answered within the website session itself.
